Did you know that marketing is much more than placing ads in the phonebook or giving away free gift certificates at spa events or charity fundraisers? Guerrilla marketing, a phrase coined by Jay Conrad Levinson (author of Guerilla Marketing and many other books on marketing) relates to using your time, energy and imagination to increase sales, profits and growth in your business. One of the key principles of Levinson’s is that every single thing you do that “touches” your clients or potential clients is marketing. What marketing touches are you making in and out of the treatment room that have an impact on gaining (or losing) clients?
